What is Happiness,Sadness and Freedom ??

Seeking happiness from outside is the real problem.....wait a second......here i was paused by one of my friend and he fired some questions on me..
But what does it mean to seek happiness from outside...and why the teaching about reality, Bhagwat Gita is against seeking happiness...If somebody is happy its nice,that's what life is all about being happy and keep others happy!!!!

Seeking happiness from outside is a dependency...you depend on an event...a particular arrangement to happen....and it varies from mind to mind the parameter of happiness,happiness is what something which mind wants not you but you are not mind,you don't need happiness but you need something else which makes you feel yourself,you need something more than happiness...a joy...
You need a reason,a logic to be happy just like mind because you consider yourself as mind,you have learned to sit on a thought and flow with it,roam with it...in doing so you follow all the rules which mind tells you ,very obediently,efficiently.....happiness is allowed by mind...it won't resist you as it knows you are going with it....mind grows bigger with that as it gets a chance to add to your ego(a fake identity,limiting you).
Happiness is an arrangement that you wanted(this wanting is based on the thoughts that you hold,you kept in your pocket,assume to be yours),for example a poor mind can be happy to have a bicycle but a rich mind will be happy to have an island..it depends on the thought they carry......but arrangement can be different from what you want and that's sadness.....so with every arrangement there is non-arrangement as life changes every moment and it's not a possibility to meet non-arrangement but it has to happen....that is why there is a sadness with every happiness..it's bound to be there,it cannot be separated. Sadness in not visible when you are happy and vice-verse.It's a vicious cycle which confines in a boundary,limits you,adds a tag about good and bad,can do and can't do.The whole life you will be cycling around to have small happiness,at least be happy for a moment,so much dependency....you cannot control it...a bunch of thoughts,a bunch of rules decides when to be happy and when to be sad..not you..you become totally paralyzed.....at most you can do is to repeat an event which made you happy last time,but that also doesn't bring the same charm,same happiness but you somehow convince your mind I am happy just to protect your ego.

The teaching about reality and Bhagwat Gita is against happiness...as it is fake..it's not real...Why do you want to have a shallow happiness(with attached misery) when there is endless joy in life,when there is no arrangement required to live to the fullest,when there is no reason required to enjoy,when there is no education,teaching,rules required to be joyful , when there is no condition required to live,when there is no money,name,fame required to meet yourself,to know you.
so if you seek for a happiness from outside then you will remain in the never ending cycle of happiness-sadness,life-death...a lot of things you have to take care of....Just be in the present moment where you find the reality,where you come out of all the bounds and meet freedom,and can live a life for which you are born.
The present moment is answer to all question,a key to all your misery,its a joy....where to only breathing is enough to live your life to the fullest !!!!

Why present seems difficult to catch ?

When somebody ask you a question your mind matches the word and analyze it then fetches the answer for you....what is happening in the process ? you are basically living a past memory stored,a thought.This is not the case when somebody ask you something but almost always some thought keep dwelling in mind as mind's job is to observe and analyze or bring thoughts together related to the objects ,and now this shifting of thoughts from one to another continues and you were never aware to see that you entered into the virtual world,if you watch yourself for a smaller interval of time you will find many thoughts dwelling into mind....at the end of the day you will find the same situation,and even end of your life(body) also you will notice the same things...there are only few moments where accidentally you were aware and you entered into silence,felt yourself....rest of the time you live a imaginary world made by mind always busy in jumping from one thought to another,just like a series of vehicles are traveling in a row and you kept jumping from one to another...
Now presents become difficult to catch as now
a) Since years you are doing the activity of jumping and you found a way to be a bit relaxed or rather fool yourself to find a reason to live and live happily.
b) You are afraid of unknown,the thing that not belong to your daily activity and not only you but your great great ancestors have been doing this jumping activity and trained you to be like them,so there is a sense in what you learned rather than this reality and all those stuff.
c) There are people who somehow convince their part of mind or rather start pocketing some thoughts that there is something which is to be explored,to be achieved,a destination to be reached,a reason to be born !!! But these people find difficult to catch...but why ?
The reason is they catch some thought that there is something to be done,have to do meditation,have to activate chakras and start following a thought,this thought might be of your favorite GURU,but its a thought and you want to achieve that(which is not possible as thoughts are totally virtual,its nothing to do with reality,with real objects,how can you pluck real mangoes from a imaginary mango trees).
so these people keep a thought or you can say put that particular thought in a safety locker and think this is a key to success,a rule, a method towards enlightenment...they never release this thought and this thought get rotten with time and starts poisoning you,keeps you away from your being,that is why the more you try to find enlightenment the more you go away from it,the more you try to follow a rule,the more you are repelled.

Thoughts are meant to be free, to travel,to dwell....please free them,they look beautiful when you watch them flying not when you catch them put it in your pocket it becomes ugly,unnatural..thoughts basic nature is to move and you cannot change it...let it move...let it go...just watch it going...its a beautiful experience to watch it.
So now the question is what to do ?
First of all it is to be understood that there is no goal,no destination to be reached,a beautiful poem by sant KABIR "Kasturi Kundal Basahi, Mrig Dhoonde van maahi. Aise ghati ghati Raam hain duniya dekhe naahi.. "
meaning :- Kasturi is an element whose fragrance is very attractive which resides in a deer(mrig) stomach and the whole life mrig(deer) keeps searching it here and there but never realize that its their inside him only..not anywhere else he is searching...just like people keep searching for a unknown attraction which they keep searching their whole life and keep associating it with various things/objects like money,power, a person...everywhere except in themselves.

Whatever rules/thought you carry that you think is essential for enlightenment should be freed,should not carry it with you for long,you have to keep dropping it,the more you drop the more possibility of meeting unknown,meeting your being.You have to have courage to step into unknown,to do things not according to rules but when required,your action should be purely not planned.It should arise out of now,the situation.You have to accept deeply that whatever you want to find its already there,its there inside you...just have to discover it....just have to open the windows and let sunlight come inside,you cannot bring the sunshine but you can open your doors....
don't go anywhere for a search just be there wherever you are, present for a moment,not busy in pocketing thoughts/dreams/fantasy.
