How to start ?

What I am talking about is inner journey,where nobody can help reach the goal.You have to find your own,but one can guide you to get started,become a seeker towards freedom,absolute freedom.

But what exactly i will be seeking ? what i have to achieve to be free?

As i told you that mind job is to create thoughts,a series of endless thought.For example, you find a pen lying on a table.Now you remembered that you used that pen for passing your graduation or something ,your mind start thinking of college days,then your friends and many consecutive thoughts start coming to your mind.Or it can happen the other way,may be you failed in the exam and memories(which is bad) start coming to your mind.You don't have control over it but you are flying with mind.If its good memories ,you smile,if bad you cry.
So the thought process is always there whether you are doing something or not doing.You are never at rest.
There are very tiny gaps between your thoughts but those gaps are so small that you don't even notice that.Now your job is to widened that gap.That gap will give your answers.As these gaps get widened you will have more time to interact with it and find the mystery lying in these gaps.
To find in between the thoughts you have follow yourself,the method i used might not be useful to you,so here you have to follow yourself.I will tell how to start.
Your aim is not to tell your mind to stop creating thought or stop thinking,as mind is very efficient and does know how to do its job well.Just have to increase the GAP between the thoughts.

1) You are not mind,if you are not mind and mind is virtual ,then how to find that.The solution is WATCH your mind.Whatever thought going in your mind you have to witness it,watch it.Watching means let things come just be alert and witness it.Don't comment ,this is good/bad beautiful/ugly as soon as you comment you come out of witnessing process,and thought will start popping.
Keep watching,after a while your breathe will be tuned automatically,your heart will go a bit light.
What is happening right now is.....when you watch your mind(which is virtual),the thought process which was going on gets lower in count and after a while it drops automatically.
For the beginners it will drop only for a while or two and then again thought process will start.
but even for a while you will feel relaxed,blessed and silence in your heart.
The above process actually fixed a meeting with the GAPS between your thoughts.
Its like black clouds covering the sky and you are not able to see the sky due to the clouds .Here clouds i mean to say is your thought that mind creates and sky is the freedom.gaps is the gap between the two clouds.So when mind drops itself you are available with the clear sky,immense silence and harmony.So as you increase the gap between two thoughts you will have more time to live in reality,and you will be guided.So your aim to widened that gap which has become very small due to lot of thoughts ,lot of worries.
