What is Meditation ? Eating !!!!

What is Meditation ?

Is it a
a) State of Mind.
b) A body awareness between sleep and just before that.
c) A vibrational match between your chakras and universal vibration.
d) A state of Bliss.
e) A key to unlock the pure potential.
f) Humbleness
h) Wisdom
i) Awareness
j) A completely new Dimension.
k) Success

When an awakened soul refers to meditation,he refers above but who never had a taste of "what meditation is" creates or associates the thought for word "Meditation/Yoga" to something else like

a) Sitting in a closed posture like Budhha.
b) A good exercise.
c) Way to loose weigh.
d) Body feels light

So the word meditation now "no longer" attracts you.If thoughts related to a word makes us happy,we tend to do that else it becomes a task to us.If we think of our good holiday it connects with the emotions we had.

So now concerned thoughts/emotions related to meditation is dull for us.We have to understand that and try to understand "what is meditation". And this understanding is for the mind .When mind understands it surrenders and give it's control us.For mind to understand we have to experience just like when we learn something by experiencing it,facing it.

And to experience "What is meditation" you have to

a) Walk alone with full awareness.
b) Swim with the water without any thinking.
c) Play any Game you like with full involvement.
d) Sit very relaxed.
e) Listening attentively.
f) Running with awareness.
g) Doing yogic postures.

And so on....
